Time ago I met a friend who happened to work with this great dutch designer. Today I want to present you some of Joris Laarman designs.
A radiator element in an unusual style that can best be named neo-rococo. For heat exchange you need a large surface, and baroque styling provides just that. This heating system consists of one radiator element of about 60×70 centimeters that can be linked together. The curly shape of this element implies that a configuration looks as if it were one object. Modularity is a hidden quality.
American brand Artecnica has launched WirePod, a multi-point electrical “power pod” designed by Joris Laarman.
Joris Laarman’s WirePod is a flexible gray power pod that begins with a three-prong plug and branches out into four curled arms, each with a single three-prong socket. Its arms and body roll and unfurl as needed to adjust for your functional living space.
