Custom/personalized product orders leave the warehouse within 2 - 4 business days of payment.

Your order is going to be shipped via one of the main postal carriers, including USPS, UPS, or Fedex. Shipping times take between 4 and 8 business days. Keep in mind that personalized products might take up to an additional 2 - 4 business days to be manufactured.
All our products are shipped from US-based suppliers.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped, but please note that sometimes due to free shipping, tracking is not available.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on their system.
If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us at email@example.com.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
